The God we often forget part 2 of 2.

The God we often forget part 2 of 2.

Picking up from were we left of, we have learned that the devil is not just some adversarial entity rebelling against God for the fun of it. He is, as scripture quotes, the god of this world. The force that is connected to all negativity: sickness, distress, separation from friends or lovers, accidents, pain, suffering, and most of all death.  if we do not abide in God through his Son and his holy spirit, your god is indeed satan. You don't need a bible scholar to teach you this either.

Suffering is at a high. There is no crime, nor act of sin that has been committed that can surprise us in these days. Child pornography, cannibalism, sex slavery, etc. It almost seems like the darkness is winning and shading away the light. What is bad is what is now good. Darkness is what is in, while the light is old and traditional and not "hot". Look at the popular movies, the popular stars, the popular lyrics, the popular brands, the popular beliefs…

The God we often forget Part 1 of 2

The God we often forget Part 1 of 2.

This article has two parts and if you make it through the first without being overwhelmed, then you will be blessed and come to full assurance after reading part two which will put everything together. Part one presents the challenging question "Do I really know who God is on relationship level?" And also to confront the most common problem in not just the church alone, but the humanity as a whole: placing other gods above the one and only God.
We all do it, and we all have done it. You may not pray to a cup, or worship a carved tree from your backyard, but our different gods have many insidious forms and shapes. From a mythological character, to a cellphone.
If you are not a christian, you have come to the right place. Hopefully, it will educate you and enlighten your heart on some questions you have always had about religion and society as a whole and most of all, who the person of God is.

The Power of the Tongue

When you understand the power of the tongue (James 3:8-10) you will understand what separates the poor/rich happy/unhappy sick/healthy. Words have power. Every thought produces a feeling or the feeling produce the thought, it is always vice a versa. After the thought or feeling has bubbled inside, words are produced (Psalms 39:1-3).
The Word of God states that out of the abundance of the heart, the man speaks. The heart is the center of our being. It is the heart that reveals who you truly are. (Your spiritual heart of course.) Out of the tongue comes life and death. Speaking negative about your current situation degenerates and creates such negativity in your situation, just like speaking positive of your situation creates life and increases your heart’s desire that has manifested through your mouth.
(Psalms 37:30-31 “The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment. The law of his God is in his heart; none of his steps shall slide.…

What The Church Folks Never Told You about Prayer

When you are the leaving your house on the way to your car, I'm pretty sure you make certain that you grab your car keys. Not because you have an impressive number of key chains that match your purse and make you look charmingly cute (ladies), but because it is literally a necessity!

A car is a useful tool of transportation. Considering the fact that we need one to pretty much go anywhere. But, it becomes as useless as a paper boat unless you have the Key....

Prayer is the key to successful, intimate, and relational communion with Christ!
Prayer is the key. Prayer is creating your reality simple by communicating with the Lord in form of request, supplication, expression of thanks (Praise) or, the most overlooked, regular conversation with God. While you are praying in the spirit and with faith, you are praying God’s will which is nothing but greatness for you, and connecting with God in deeper levels. It is God’s will for you to be in constant communion with Him. The more connected …
